Red brick and concrete sit beside glass and steel. Posters pasted over posters, paint layers, signs boarded over by newer signage. Graffiti, like a surface rewritten again and again. Its like everything gets built upon. 

I love how the city continually builds over itself. It grows and sheds continuously, leaving traces of what came before. Old structures remain like impressions and coexist with modern buildings.
